Dips for Chips!
GARBANZO BEAN DIP

Ingredients:
1 can Garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained, save liquid
3 Tablespoons sesame seed oil
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1 Clove garlic
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Parsley
Olive oil
Blend all ingredients except parsley & olive oil, adding saved liquid, to a mayonnaise like consistency. Puree and blend well. Place in a dip bowl with olive oil dribbed on top & parsley sprigs for color. Usual dippers can be used. To keep authenticity, this is a Lebanese dish, use flat bread (pita).
CRAB SPREAD

Ingredients:
1 can Crab, drained
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 can Water Chestnuts, drained & minced
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoons chives minced
Mix all ingredients together, preferably 12 hours before you intend to use it. Chill. Great on all kinds of crackers.
